Recruiting is the basic activity of LGS; our clients approach us for their personnel and human resources needs. We have an accurate understanding of management issues and many companies have worked with us over the years. In our recruiting process, we rely primarily on our databank which includes thousands of resumes tackling various areas of expertise.

At a basic level, our Senior Consultants analyze and appraise resumes through numerous evaluation techniques. Selection is a wonderful process. After approaching each candidate in a personalized manner, we administer the appropriate tests and reference checks. Screening is a determining factor; only candidates who have successfully met the tough selection process are introduced.

Head Hunting
